When I got to school on Tuesday I wondered what we were doing. Then I remembered that my class and I were going to a show! I was so excited I could hardly wait!
Luckily the show was only at 9: 00am. It was not long until Miss Williams said “Everyone line up outside, please. We are going to Kahurangi Dance Group in the hall. ”
At the start of the show they introduce themselves. The first story that they told was “Hatupatu and the Bird Woman”. At the end of the story I felt amazing because they did things that I could not do.
They also did amazing poi. I was amazed at how thy had two poi in each hand. I loved it!
