Floating egg by Victoria

My experiment was called The Floating Egg. Eggs are usually heavy and sink to the bottom of the cup of water. If you do this experiment, the egg will float on the water instead!
Put water halfway in a glass.Then put 2 table spoons of salt. After, mix it with a spoon. Finally put the egg in - then it floats! I was proud of my self. Then we talked why the egg floats.The egg floats because salt makes the egg float because of something called buoyancy  Then I had to pack it up. I put the egg in a plastic bag. Then I put the salty water down the drain.

It was a fun experiment!

  1. That was very cool! When Miss Williams talked about buoyancy, I thought it was a very interesting word. Since I'm sick today, I am going to type a lot of comments on the no comments passages some comments. (;
